We provide you the audio and visual equipment, installation, and live technical support for any size event.
Event Types: You can add audio and visual to any event, no matter the size, to ensure a strong, successful, and most of all, fun event. These could include business conferences, business meetings, wedding receptions, wedding or anniversary parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, sporting events, celebration of life services, holiday parties. These can be at rented venues, or at private residences, and can be both indoor or outdoor. Have you thought about adding a slideshow to your event? Would you benefit from a microphone and speakers, even in a smaller area? Do you think it would be fun to project live viewing of the dance floor at your wedding? Do you want to watch the hockey playoffs in a backyard party?
We can discuss our audio and video equipment with you in a way that explains your options for a strong and successful event. Not everyone understands the brand names and technical jargon but you won't need to know all that if you don't want to.
Projectors: We have various sized projectors with lumens ranging from 3000 to 5000 (brightness and clarity of image)
Projector Screens: We have a variety of sizes in screens determined by the type of event, number of attendees, viewing distance, angle, and desired "effect" etc. For example, you can have one small screen for a short presentation, a large screen (150 inch or more) for a dramatic effect, or several screens strategically placed for multiple viewing options.
HD Video camera: Canon Xa10 - Can be
hooked to the projector for live streaming.
HD Projectors: For HD quality presentation you will require HD projector, HD cables, HD recorded material (movie or presentation you will show),Blu-ray player or laptop.
Switcher and splitter: These tools allow you to share your presentation on multiple screens at once, or allow you to switch easily from DVD, laptop, live broadcast, etc to keep your event moving at a smooth and easy pace.
Plasma TV: These can be used for a small presentation or viewing, or as the presenter monitor.
Visual Extras: All necessary cables, connections, extensions, laptops, wireless slideshow controller, etc.
Speakers: We have options from two small speakers up to eight stage speakers, depending on your needs. We will take into consideration your venue size, number of attendees, indoor/outdoor, etc.
Sound Mixers: The sound mixer with give you as many channels as you need. For example, if you need four microphones, a DVD player for background music, two visual presentations on two different laptops that need sound, etc. then you will need at least seven channel mixer.
Sound Extras: Wired microphones, wireless microphones, various cables, connections, and extensions.
